
Fresh Flavours Workshop – Wednesday October 22nd, 7-9pm

We are excited to host the Fresh Flavours Workshop, led by our very own Rangeview resident, Enza Sinagra!
This workshop will focus on fresh and eay recipes for a multicultural variety of sauces. condiments and sides: Pico de Gallo, Chimichurri, and Pickled red onions. With Enza’s guidance, you will learn knife skills for various chopping/cutting techniques, pickling tips and presentation ideas. The first hour will be hands-on creating, followed by a cooking demo and tasting with a glass of wine/beverage.
All supplies will be provided, and you get to take your creations home with you to enjoy.
Cost: Residents – $25/per person; Non-residents (must be accompanied by a resident) – $35/per person.
