Notice of Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Rangeview Homeowners Association is scheduled to be held in person at the Residence Inn by Marriot (located at 3750 Market St. SE Calgary, AB), in the Auburn Room, at 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for the following purposes:
1. To receive the minutes from the AGM held on September 24, 2025;
2. To receive the Report of the Board of Directors;
3. To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026;
4. To appoint the Auditor for the Association for the upcoming year;
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
A question-and-answer period will follow after adjournment of the formal AGM.
The Notice of AGM has been emailed/mailed to all homeowners. All other relevant documents are provided under the Member Portal on the RHOA website at rangeviewhoa.com/members:

● 2025 Annual General Meeting Draft Minutes
● 2025 Audited Financial Statements (from the year ending March 31, 2026)
● Proxy form (for those unable to attend in person but wish to assign voting rights to another member in good standing)
As per the Rangeview HOA bylaws, Primary Homeowner members are the only household member with voting privileges who may attend the AGM. If you are unsure which member of your household was designated as the Primary Homeowner upon possession of your home, please contact the RHOA via email at info@rangeviewhoa.com. Should the primary Homeowner be unable to attend the AGM, they may exercise their right to vote by completing and submitting the enclosed proxy appointment form by email no later than September 22, 2026, at 6:30pm.
On-site registration will commence at 5:45pm. Please have a form of valid government-issued, picture identification (driver’s license, Alberta ID card, or current passport) available. Upon registration you will be issued a voting number card (one per property).
We encourage members to email all questions they would like the Board to address at the AGM to info@rangeviewhoa.com by September 18th, 2026.
