
Introducing the Rangeview Community Fire Pit
COMMUNITY FIRE PIT GUIDELINES
OPERATION HOURS
Sunday to Thursday – 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Fridays & Saturdays – 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
- The firepit is for Rangeview resident use only.
- Use the fire pit at your own risk.
- The RHOA shall not accept any responsibility for any bodily injury or damage to personal property resulting from use of the fire pit.
- The flame and surrounding surfaces on and around the fire pit are extremely hot and can cause burns.
- Please exercise caution and do not leave children unattended around the fire pit.
- When in use, the fire pit must be attended at all times by someone 18+ years of age or older.
- Firewood can be found in the firewood lockup beside the greenhouse.
- Fuel and other accelerants are not permitted to light a fire in the fire pit. Please use the firestarter that is supplied in the firewood lock up bin.
- Please use the provided sand from the sand bin to fully extinguish the fire when you are done using the fire pit.
- An improperly extinguished fire can cause serious damage.
- Misuse of the fire pit will result in removal / banning of use.
- The fire pit shall not be used when provincial fire bans set in place by the Government of Alberta.
- Please be courteous of your neighbours when using the firepit.
- Loud music/ noises will not be tolerated.
